Service Discontinuation

If you wish to stop using our services, you must notify us in writing via email at support@Asif Ali The Digital Marketer.com. Upon receiving your request, we will process the discontinuation of services within 15 business days.

Refund Eligibility

If services are discontinued before the completion of the contracted period, you may be eligible for a refund of the remaining balance. Refunds will be calculated based on the unutilized portion of the services, minus any costs already incurred for work completed up to the point of discontinuation.

Refund Process

Once your request for service discontinuation is approved, we will calculate the remaining balance eligible for refund.

The refund will be processed within 3-7 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided by the client.

Payment Method

Refunds will only be issued through bank transfer. You will be required to provide your valid bank account details for the refund. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect bank details provided by the client.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that any services fully rendered or completed prior to the request for discontinuation are non-refundable. Additionally, any third-party services or ad spend already utilized will not be eligible for a refund.
